COVID-19 UPDATE (4/1/2022)
Please Come In!!
We are happy to welcome clients back inside the clinic. The door is NOT locked anymore, so we are happy to help you with your pets, food and meds inside the clinic.
Masks are optional!! We are no longer requiring masks, we leave the option open to you. Some of our staff do choose to wear masks yet, while some do not. If anyone does prefer we mask up for their appointment we will gladly wear them, please just let us know.
Scheduling out 8 weeks!! We are still scheduling out a full 10 weeks in advance for wellness and vaccine appointments. For animals that have a concern that cannot wait that long, (like a sickness or injury or pain) we do have "sick animal" spots placed throughout our schedule. Our hope is to get you in within a week. If it is an emergency that needs to be seen immediately you can definitely call, but we may need to send you to the emergency clinic.
Status on New Clients...
Unfortunately, we are still having to limit our appointments at this time. We are still unable to take on new clients. This truly does break our hearts as the reason every one of us is here is to help animals in need. But to be able to have time for our current clients, we can't take on any new clients. We do not know when this will change, but we are solidly booked for established client wellness appointments 10 weeks out, so it may take a while to change.
Even with limiting our appointments, we still are booked out far in advance. For wellness/vaccine appointments, please plan on scheduling out about 10 weeks in advance. This is a very difficult time for us all. Please be respectful of other patients and our staff. We are extremely busy and physically can only do so much in one day. We are scheduling a limited number of wellness/vaccine appointments each day to help save room for more sick/injured pets.
We are having to send more people to the emergency clinic than ever before. We do not do this lightly and we realize it is inconvenient. We are here to help pets and if we take on too many cases, we will make mistakes. We are not willing to risk your pet's health in this way. So please understand, if we recommend the emergency clinic, we do so with your pet's best health in mind. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this difficult time.
